Our Company History and Principal Background:

Although our company Greenway Pest Inc., is relatively new, our experience in the pest control industry goes back to 1982 when

Bryan McCaa, the President and CEO of Greenway Pest Inc, owned and operated a company which came to be known

as "McCaa's Pestmaster Services, Inc., " in Arroyo Grande California.

Within a decade of building an excellent reputation of providing customer service in both general pest and termite, 

McCaa's Pestmaster Company Inc., was approached and purchased by Terminix International, which today

still provides termite and pest control services throughout the United States and Internationally.

Bryan McCaa the President and CEO of Greenway Pest Inc., provides many years of experience and expertise in providing

integrated pest management.

Mr. McCaa began teaching integrated pest management techniques  to other pest control operators throughout California when

the term "integrated pest management"  and its theory was still in its infancy.

Mr. McCaa has been:

A registered instructor for general pests and termite by the Structural Pest Control Board of California.

Served on two committees for the National Pest Management Association in Washington DC.

Invited as part of the delegation to represent the National Pest Management Association in China.

Published author on pest management.

A Message from Bryan McCaa, President of Greenway Pest Inc:

We are proud to be a new company offering Essentria patented botanical products which are safe around children

and pets, but just as important, they are as effective as traditional pesticides.  Anyone can market a product to be

"green, safe around children and pest", but the real truth is in the results it achieves.

I will not use a product I do not believe in.  We performed actual field tests for several months utilizing these products

so we could see for ourselves if they were effective as the manufacturer claimed.  The result? Absolutely amazing!

I can honestly say they are as effective as traditional pesticides.  In my many years in the pest control industry, I have

never seen a product that is so effective but yet the active ingredient is 100% organic making it safe around children

and pets.   

We know in these economic times price is always a consideration in choosing a pest management company, but don't

that has been certified by the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) as a QualityPro provider and GreenPro certified
