         Our pricing below provides our minimum charge for the services noted. We will try our

         best to stay within our minimum charge but each pest can have its own unique problems

         that are sometimes unforeseen until we physically inspect.

We will come to your property and physically inspect and provide you a "Free" written

         estimate.  Our written estimate will provide you with a firm price that will not change unless

         specifically noted.

Bees, Wasps, Birds, Bats, and Carpenter Ants$95.00 (minimum)  

Bed Bugs  (single family residence)    $295.00 (minimum) 

(Hotels and multi-units priced at time of physical inspection) 

House Flies, Fruit Flies and Gnats  (single family residence) $95.00 (minimum) 

(Commercial businesses priced at time of physical inspection)

Gophers / Moles  (single family residence, normal size lot)    $95.00 (minimum) 

(Large lots and or acreage priced at time of physical inspection)

Small Animal Trapping / Carcass Removal (not visible)   $175.00 (minimum) 

(Includes all traps, baits and animal relocation)

Small Carcass Removal (visible)  $75.00 (minimum) 

(Includes removing and disposing of carcass and deodorizing

as needed.)

All other services not shown billed hourly   $75.00 (per hour)

(One hour minimum, services billed in 15 minutes increments thereafter

any materials or equipment needed priced in our written estimate)
